Thomas contacted us recently with a telco default that was the result of identity fraud. Contrary to popular belief, removing fraud defaults isn’t as easy as just telling the creditor it wasn’t you and they remove it. They’ll try anything and everything to stitch you up and make you pay the debt that isn’t yours (which then means it might not be able to be removed at all!). We need to be very careful with fraud accounts.
We were able to remove this default in less than one month and Thomas can now apply for his business loan!
